**CONTENT**
- Added a new ruined model for Annuminas that will upgrade to the old non-ruined model when the special building is upgraded.
- Updated quest chain content for Margoz, including new special building in Lest and new decision.
- New historical defensive alliance mechanic including historical alliance between Dale and Erebor.
- New Turin Turambar, Eorl the Young and Elendil the Tall Heroic Legends.
- New texture of Arnor castles for Dunedain.
- Some compatching work of Legends events added with latest DLC.
- Added some intermarriages to old Northron dynasties and a mythological King of Rhudaur who united the Nine Tribes.
- Curated clothing set for Uialdain and updated headgear set for Hobbits.

**BALANCE**
- Additional rebalance work for the new base elven MaAs added in the last patch.
- Cant ask opposite alignment rulers to spread your legends anymore.
- Limited candidates of opposing races for recruitment in travel events.
- Beard-rot dwarven disease will now only occur on non-lore friendly game rules (and rename of said rule).

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed most outstanding issues with Dwarven Reincarnation mechanic - should be mostly functional now!
- Numerous minor bugfixes and typo corrections.

# CONTENT
- Several historical legends have been added
- 2D event FX effects have been added (Alongside some FX graciously given to us by the PoD team, go check out their mod!)
- A few new goblins in the Yellow Mountains
- Castamiri claim has been reworked to fit with legends
- Goblins now have their own character background
- Dunedain Ranger now have their own outfits, they no longer have fancy clothes in the wilderness
- A new tenet for certain elven faiths
- Several dynamic CoAs have been added + several old CoAs have beenreworked
- A dwarf specific plague
- A cheeky event referring to a *cough* *cough* series
- AA now have their own background
- A _lot_ of music has been added to the mod
- The Tedjin faith icon has been updated
- A few CoA assets have been added
- The start of the elven MaA rework
- A ruined model of Annuminas before it gets upgraded (once again by @Arkia)
- Game rules added by the mod now have a "Realms" prefix

# BALANCE
- Orcs are immune to balding
- Effects of Sauron being destroyed in terms of faith and culture has been reworked slightly
- Orcs and elves can convert same race counties
- Orc + Dwarf building rebalance
- Balding gene has been adjusted
- Dwarven fertility modifiers are being played around with

# BUGFIXES
- Attempts at limiting wandering courtiers
- Tom won't appear in county windows anymore
- Ability to appoint Loremaster cooldown fix
- Elves won't get sick anymore
- More generated characters start at appropriate ages
- Can't adopt different race heritages anymore
- Aragorn bookmark fixes
- Theodens mother has the widowed trait
- Marketcher goblin culture now has a description
- Disease won't spread to elven lands
- Disease has a very low chance to spread to dwarven lands

- New experimental Balrog Struggle framework in Moria.
- Full music rework, with dedicated tracks for Dunedain, Elves, Dwarves, Goblins and Adûnâi.
- New 'Set Wastelands' functionality to turn parts of the map into uncolonisable wastelands on game set up for those wanting a more focussed game.
- New content for Nordinbad, including a special building, decision to contact Erebor and associated event.
- Added new game rule to control the potential areas in which Mithril can spawn.
- New Claim Kingship of Gondor Decision.
- New progress wheel for crafting system.
- New HUD element showing colonisation limit.

- Changed the random generation of Rohirrim hair and beards.
- Ethnicity tweaks for Rohirrim, some Dunlending, Hillmen and others.
- Nazgul, Sauron and Maiar can now attack underground holdings.
- Buffed the prowess modifiers of historical artifacts to be more impressive than vanilla.
- Reduced the frequency of orc usurpers and dualists appearing.
- Stopped Maiar, Istari and Nazgul from taking useless Temptation lifestyle focus
- Made it so that unused crafting material artifacts are inherited on death.
- Minors can now go on playdates.
- Choosing celebacy will now break betrothals.
- Cannot marry trait now grants a lifestyle XP bonus.
- Aragorn will only marry Arwen if he rules the Reunited Kingdom.
- Piety loss from gifts for gold veneration tenet.
- Elves will die under torture.

- Fixed issue where buildings couldn't be built in dwarven cities and temples

**CONTENT**
- Compatibility patch for CK3 v1.11.5 and Couture of the Capets DLC
- Added Hobbit building models
- Added character backgrounds for different title tiers of dwarves
- New icons for the dwarven ring artifacts
- Changes to some character history, particularly for Yellow Mountain Blacklocks, Dusalan and Calenfalas
- Added music cues to numerous events
- Added CoAs for evil-controlled Lothlorien and Lasgalen, East Angmar/Langwell, Anduin Vale and more
- Gave new Maglor his sword, Hyandolírë
- Gave new Durin's Axe and Helm to Balin
- Added a few new Wilderness / Colonisation events

**BALANCE**
- Gave players the option to disable the placeholder Balrog mechanic in Balin's game start event (Plus some extra gold for your suffering!)
- Increased the bonus chance given to find rarer resources via the Rare Finds lifestyle perk
- Added settlement level requirements to resource mine buildings
- Restricted the ability to hold council and court positions to require adult age of given race
- Increased the average age of *most* randomly spawning dwarves of an adult age
- Made 'The Book of Grudges' dwarven event fire less frequently
- Made more lore-important characters safer from harm events
- Made negative health events take into consideration typical 'old age' for different races / blood
- Made dwarven duchy building names a little clearer in their purpose
- Changed up some blockers in the Forodwaith de jure empire area, generally making them less severe
- Made it so that different race's prowess skill begins to lower at different ages
- Made elves naturally despise Forces of Evil religions just a little bit more
- Made dwarves naturally despise Orcish religions just a little bit more
- Made orcs naturally despise Eruhini religions just a little bit more
- A successful Castamiri reconquest will now destroy the Reunited Kingdom title
- Increased priority AI gives to increasing settlement development via Steward task
- Rebalanced Athaircuile, Barrow Downs, Thalion, Argond and Annuminas special buildings
- Reduced the adult education activity cost
- Rings of Power are now treated as normal artifacts if Sauron dies

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed issue where no new Mithril deposits could spawn, despite what the UI told you
- Fixed an issue where anyone could pick the Khazad legacy tree
- Fixed an bug where you could dismantle an artifact you were planning to steal
- Fixed an issue where Tom Bombadil would give away his Wilderness titles
- Fixed a broken alliance between Cirdan and Elrond in the Good Saruman event chain
- Fixed broken independent ruler count requirements on the Grey Mountain and Misty Mountain decisions for Gundabad
