-added head skin support (will work with any head skin but will look bad if the skintone around the hairline is too different to the default head.

-changed include anim_gestures to gestures_mechanic

-adjusted face texture around forehead and sideburns to match more with hairline in reference pic
-adjusted head mesh and hair card positions around forehead as well for aforementioned reason
