Fix/ Changes :

Locus abilities weren't working, now they does.

Exalted great unclean one lords were only able to get contagious trait, they can now get any of all the nurgle traits.

Locus of Fecunity Upgraded from Nurgle great unclean ones lords now only apply to the lord.

Fix/ Changes :

- Great Unclean Ones and Daemon Princes now have bases nurgle traits instead of the unique ones.
However they the great unclean ones gained 2 new skill nod requiring lvl 8 & 15 to unlock, they'll give you the bonus of their previous unique trait plus an upgraded version of their locus (fecundity, contagion and virulence)

- Herald of Nurgle generals and Plagueridden heroes will only have unique nurgle traits, for the generic ones (tactician, strategist,...) have been tossed out.

- Cultist of Nurgle and Exalted heroes of Nurgle have each 3 unique traits, they can't gain any other so no more generic traits for them too.

- Multpile Techs have been improved
