General:
+UStrong and Nair's final hit will now consume Raywing's bubble if it's active, increasing their damage/knockback
+Fixed several bugs relating to Raywing not spawning after parrying/landing and spawning in with less than full duration
~Fixed sprite alignment on UAir, USpecial and Spinhurt
~Added very important voice lines to the Zappy! skin
Jab:
+Adjusted timing on Windows 1/2 to make buffering rapid jab easier
+Decreased time between jab hits (Every 15f -> Every 12f)
+Multi-jab can now be jab-cancelled into tilts by tapping in any tilt's direction, or into NSpecial by tapping Special
Fair:
-Adjusted angles (40 -> 50/45 on sourspot/sweetspot respectively)
-Increased startup (6 -> 10)
-Increased landing lag (4 -> 6)

~Fixed being able to move while performing the Dragon Slave
-Removed armor while firing the Dragon Slave
-Decreased Lv. 3's overall damage (11% -> 9%)

+BAIR adjusted hitbox to hit lower, making it slightly easier to use in short-hops
-FSTRONG normalpilled again (Changed from projectile hitbox to physical hitbox, reducing the explosion's range/active frames to better match the visual explosion. Lina also now has to go through the rest of the move's animation before going into parry stun)
+USTRONG buffed range to cover much further above Lina
~USTRONG changed from a single hit to a mult-hit move
-USTRONG increased startup (6 -> 9)
+USPECIAL changed angle (60 -> 85)
+USPECIAL increased hitbox to fully cover the Raywing bubble
+USPECIAL no longer puts Lina into pratfall if used on the ground

Whifflag implemented. Removed first weak hit of the explosion. Still Lina's slowest Strong but is now much more usable)
~FSTRONG can no longer go off stage, instead spawning near Lina if the explosion were to go off of a ledge akin to Sylavnos Ustrong
-FSTRONG removed 3rd lingering hitbox frame

+Fixed the Dragon Slave's meter having a visual delay
+NSPECIAL streamlined time between charges (106 -> 62 frames from Lv 1 -> Lv 3, Dragon Slave charge time down from 18 seconds to 15.5 seconds)
-NSPECIAL reduced speed of Lv 1 Projectile to be more reactable (16 -> 14.5)
+Removed 0.5 hitstun multiplier on NSpecial Lv 2
~NSPECIAL Lv 3 hitbox now properly aligned
~Updated the sfx_blow orb (Lv 3 SFX is now much more fitting)
