Changed the spawn size of the Mind Controller so it now matches the size it appears when attached to a human's head

Fixed an issue where the Mind Controller would not spawn facing left when using the corresponding button.

Added a new "Break Mind Controller" right-click option when it's attached to a human's head.

Renamed the right-click menu option from "Glitch" to "Glitch Mind Controller".
