Remove mod requirement (Only in-game, not workshop page)
- This will help to make this translation can be usable regardless of what name of mod is, it seems likely the main required mod may disappear at anytime.

Note that I don't have any plans to translate more than this mod and COSShijie yet, even I see more mods from same authors published right now, as I said, I'm lack of deep knowledge of games, anime, etc, so my translations won't accurate at first place and need to improve time-to-time.

Sorry for delayed update due to I've got trouble about Steam recently that seems login servers are down, at that moment, I've panicked and though I may lost to access unless need to update its client (Because I stopped to update Steam client before they shove an update that prevent use of --no-browser arguments that prevent SteamWebHelper to worsened my potato chip performance!)
