Developer thoughts:
This spear wielding regiment was inspired by the Goblin unit from the greenskins faction, which at the time had no bonus versus large, charge defence or charge reflection despite being a spear unit. With 5.2, the Goblin unit this was inspired by no longer exists in this form, it has all the typical features of a spear unit and as such I felt this regiment needed to be consistent with the other spear units in the game.
