-adjusted HUD height on certain actions
-ustrong is significally smaller so it is easier to get to the hitbox
-spinhurt actually works now
-dtilt's start up and endlag has been resprited
-added more readabilty to fspecial

General:
- Gravity decreased .65 -> .6
- Max fall decreased 13 -> 10
- Fast fall decreased 16 -> 15
- All jump heights decreased by 1 to account for gravity decrease

Jab:
- Rapid jab can now be held
- Rapid jab consistency improved

Ftilt:
- Angle changed 361 -> 45
- Kb increased 7/.7 -> 6/.9
- Damage increased 6 -> 9

Utilt:
- End lag decreased 10 -> 8

Dtilt:
- Kb reduced 7/.6 -> 7/.45
- Angle changed 45 -> 55


Dattack:
- Ending momentum adjusted to halt more realistically
