  • Disabled Destiny traits for Gestalt (currently inconsistent in function)
  • Increased max veteran traits from 3 to 4. This will allow Gestalt Empires to fill out all traits points.
  • Destiny traits will be re-enabled for Gestalt after I figure out why the UI isn't consistently allowing Destiny trait selection.
  • Added a missing tooltip icon for councilors

  • Reduced the ai_weight for leader energy upkeep from 0.8 to 0.1.

  • Increased LEADER_CAPACITY_BASE from 6 to 8
  • Increased LEADER_EXPERIENCE_REQUIREMENT_BASE_VALUE from 550 to 575
  • Increased MIN_WANTED_SCIENTISTS from 1 (vanilla) to 5
  • Increased minimum_ai_target for Scientists from 3 (vanilla) to 7
  • AI empires now start the game with 3 additional science vessels and recruited scientists.
    • These changes were done to improve the AI's ability to compete with the player (whom will build 5-10 science vessels in the first 5 years of the game)
    • Feedback on these changes are greatly appreciated

    • Shrewd: +5%/10%/15% Agenda Speed/Hostile Influence Claims and +5%/7.5%/10% Agenda Effect Duration
    • Trailblazer: +15%/30%/45% Colony Development Speed and +0/0/1 Colony Starting Pops

  • Added 5/10/15% Councilor XP gain to Principled I/II/III
  • Increased Fleet Organizer I from +5% to +7.5% Naval Capacity
  • Increased Fleet Organizer III from +25% to +30% Naval Capacity
  • Increased Charismatic I/II/III from +15/35/60 to +25/50/75 Edict Fund
  • Incrased Feedback Loop from +1/2/3 to +1.5/3/5 Stability
  • Added 5/7.5/10% Starbase Capacity to Logistic Understanding I/II/III
  • Reduced Ship/Army upkeep to -5/7.5/10% for Logistic Understanding I/II/III
  • Generic Basic Resource traits now appear at level 4 instead of level 2
  • Define LEADER_EXPERIENCE_REQUIREMENT_BASE_VALUE increased from 175 to 550
  • Define LEADER_EXPERIENCE_REQUIREMENT_SCALE_VALUE reduced from 125 to 0
  • These define changes should make it significantly easier to reach level 20 while maintaining the current level 1-10 XP scale
  • Added 2 new positive and 3 new negative starting leader traits for empire creation.
    • Advisor: +1/2/4 Country Leader Capacity
    • Tactful: +1/2/3 Envoys and +5%/10%/15% Diplomatic Weight
    • Officious: +5%/7.5%/10% Empire Size from Districts and Systems
    • Grandiose: +10%/20%/30% Building and District Upkeep
    • Disruptive: -10%/20%/30% Councilor XP Gain

  • Eliminated vanilla interface overwrites to improve compatability.
  • Added an entry for outliner images for non-UI Overhaul Dynamic support. This will still be overwritten by UIOD if present.
