- reworked vfx for blue, blue pull, and max blue
- reworked blue pull's mechanics (should be much easier to use)
- reworked lapse blue's sound and mechanics (are similar to the old one, but with some added changes)
- semi-changed purple explosion's startup effects
- confirming purple explosion with red is now hit scan if close enough
- optimized max red

- reworked sound and vfx for black flash (finally wow)
