Features
- Scanner tape now guarantees the reveal of a random 'important' structure on a 10% chance (this includes things like lunar island, crab king, pig king etc for the surface, and ancient gateway, daywalker, archives etc for the caves)
This change is experimental, if you have any feedback on it please lmk!
- Crumpled packages and Pearl Bundles can now give tapes

Fixes
- Fix other players not spawning tapes when near a WD. This is a big bugfix that means WD should function much better in a team!
- Fix thieves (catcoons, moles, krampus etc) getting stunned picking up tapes (now, only player chars drop them forcefully)
- Fix sculpt wheels dropping tapes
- Fix ancient gateway dropping tapes when unsocketed

Changes
- Slightly increased radius at which other things can spawn tapes near a WD (to 40 units)
- Tapegreggate can now be used to fuel fires
- Scanner tape scans at a slightly faster interval to account for its new ability (25s, from 28s)

- Updated examine lines (COTL crossover, dreadstone pillars)
