Added "toolbelt" tag to Toolbelt variants.
Added exosuit Animation overrides.
Oxygenite tank fix on Diving suit.
Added EMP resistance to APUCS (unlikely to be useful unless you use a mod like Robotrauma)

Changed the way the Blaster weapons use ammo. (Bob's map overhaul WIP)
Boost Blaster Rifle damage per shot by 25%, and also consume 25% more ammo power.
Updated APUCS and Advanced Exosuit to not use oxygen when the character doesn't breath.
Fixed Mineral Master Talent locale.
Buffed charging belt (And Advanced Exosuit) battery charging speed to 250%.

WIP on Engineers Faction shop items.
Added condition to not allow Hazardous Reactors control_rod as a fuel source in the battery charger.
Added double charging speed for Fulgorium based fuel rods. (And EK Incendium)

Added Technician's Electrical Charging Belt. A belt that has a nuclear fuel slot that is used to charge 2 battery slots. Plus 6 more slots limited to the same electrical items as the 12 slot Technician's Electrical Belt.
Equipment config 4 starts with Technician's Electrical Charging Belt
Added a Weapon slot (stores any weapon), and 2 charging slots to the advanced exosuit.
