Brought everything up to date with the latest ACRE v2.12.0.1056 release.

• Added new official development changes, from the BF-888S improvement (#1285) onward;

• Testing of new (functional but not yet finalized) feature. Connections to Infantry Phone, GSA or Shared Radios will be visualized by a wire;

Removed DLC Compat PBO files to bring the mod size back down from ~540MB to ~140MB.

Full release of the "Long Range Signal Model" feature, as well as other fixes/features as detailed in the description.
Mod is now ready for general use and does not write visible debug logs.
