V0.3.0:

IMPORTANT CHANGES:
- Shotguns now spawn in scavenger treasuries(still spawnable with devtools and Alpha9)
- Shotguns now save when slept with
- Shotguns can now fire upwards

Misc fixes:
- Screen shake is less violent in rooms that allow it(E.G. LTTM)
