- fixed abrams "dead" skin

- fixed maximum CP amount for player in conquest
- lowered maximum CP amount for enemy in "low" resource setting to 30cp in conquest
- lowered maximum CP amount for enemy in "standard" resource setting to 50cp in conquest
- lowered maximum CP amount for enemy in "high" resource setting to 75cp in conquest
- lowered maximum CP amount for enemy in "very high" resource setting to 100cp in conquest


Every 5 days in conquest, the CP multiplier for enemies will go up by x0.5. The new values above are for day 1.

- improved "human soldier" AI's behavior (soldiers are now more conservative and alert. no more rushing zones and ignoring enemy fire)

- gave "cars" the ability to use radio chatter
- gave "helicopters" the ability to use radio chatter

- added "talk" to "effects" volume slider (this allows multiple voices and radios to be played at once, and sounds more realistic)
- added "usa" radio chatter to the german faction
- added "german" radio chatter to the usa faction
- spread out the volume of voices and radio chatter
- changed the max volume distance for voices/radio to 1.5 meters
