- made some minor tweaks to the new fire system (still more to come)

- reworked the leopard 2a5/2a6/2a7 front comp armor. the turret's armor is now "1055mm" thick, and has 2 layers of comp armor that are 472mm thick. (so 1055mm + 472mm + 472mm) with a total of around 2000mm thick. once this comp armor is used up and blown off, so will your overall thickness value.

- made some minor changes to bot's buying priority in skirmish mode

- improved new fire system, now theres a 50% chance of the vehicle being lost to a fire and 50% chance of it just losing its inventory (2 different FX events will take place depending on whether it burns out or just burns the inventory)

- the tow on bradleys can now rapid fire 2 shots
- most tanks can now catch on fire when hit in a fuel storage area (some still dont show fire, but will still work like its suppose to)
- any tank with a rotatable commander panorama will now function properly, and the commander should use this when searching for a target
