Optimized item introduction

• Added new item: Highest Authority Card. Rainbow Card has been removed and replaced by the Highest Authority Card.
  
• Added new item: RL Flare. A penetrative temporary light source (Activate by pressing the use key, which is typically set to "E").
  
• Added new item: FC-4. Upon detonation, it generates a large-scale lightning field and causes an EMP effect.
  
• Medical Belt renamed to AED First Aid Kit. Two additional slots have been added, allowing the storage of a Scanner and a Syringe Gun (or an EK Dart Gun). An extra slot has also been added for a battery. When a battery is inserted, the AED First Aid Kit can function as a treatment for oxygen deprivation.
  
• Dementonite Storage Container renamed to Dimensional Storage Container. Capacity increased by 4, and it can now store certain larger items.
  
• Fixed an issue where the MGL caused durability loss in loaded grenades.
  
• Husk Scanner can now scan the user. Simply "inject" it into yourself to perform a self-scan.
  
• Most slow effects are now ignored when wearing an Exosuit.
  
• Ammunition Backpack now applies a stronger slow effect. When an EK Heavy Railgun Shell is stored inside a Dimensional Ammunition Backpack, it applies a slow effect to the player. (In return, material costs have been reduced.)
  
• Large Metal Crate can now store Diving Suits.
  
• OC-4 now requires a lower skill level to craft, and its crafting materials have been adjusted.
  
• Adjusted the base game's Zapped effect logic to make it more reasonable.
  
• Other balance adjustments.
  

• As the vanilla grenade launcher was modified to have a six-round capacity, the Modified Grenade Launcher was redesigned as the MGL, featuring increased power (refer to the item description for details).

• Increased the firing speed of the Modified Grenade Launcher

• Adjusted the effect of antiemetics. They now grant a resistance effect that also provides a slow and continuous healing effect, stacking up to a maximum duration of 6 minutes.
  
• Increased the crafting yield of antiemetics, and they will now spawn in more locations.

• Added new item: Rainbow Card, which can be decomposed to obtain random alien materials. In addition, this card can also simulate the permissions of most basic ID cards.

• Fixed the bug that the PDA (Navigation Terminal) could not be opened outside the submarine

• Fixed an issue where Nuclear Fuel Cells failed to properly reduce the durability of Fusion Fuel when using EK's Fusion Fuel.
