Fixed the Issue with Red Lizards throwing an exception if it's spit module was removed.
Reworked the Spider Mother Timer to actually work.

Fixed the issue of Lizard Tongues changes being saved per-Template rather then per-Lizard

The Debug-keys related issues should not happen unless the Debug-keys settings is turned on.

Fixed cutting the Tongue of a Lizard causing bugs.
