reverted APERS proximity detection distance with buffs to the damage radius for both the main explosion and the flechette rounds

tweaked metallic settings for the main colours and buffed the HEAT damage

various tweaks such as:
-health nerfed to 3600
-HEATFS damage buffed slightly
-APERS proximity detection nerfed slightly with the flechette damage being buffed
-ai behaviour changes to their preferred ammunition type and effectiveness
