Updated to Victoria 3 patch 1.6

Only made a small adjustment to the Market UI, nothing super noticeable, but figured I might as well fix it.

Removed redundant code in the files, where it tried to create trade routes for goods from TGR (Gold and Securities) that either don't exist in Vanilla (securities) or Gold which is non tradeable.
