Few more fixes on Finale chapter
And also fix of gascans (after fixing bug of not spawning, now I had to fix spawn of double spawning)

Also fixed Finale bug (sometimes gascans weren't spawning)

Fixed lots of God spots
Added few hints
Fixed Infinite horde in finale now big horde will be at the start of finale after you fill generator with first gas can the zombies will spawn far away from you and also you would have more time before zombies spawn so you could collect all gas cans
Also fixed bug that allowed you to collect all 16 gas cans before scavenge start
Fixed few Elevator glitches
Fixed few light glitches
Fixed Lack of Hints (I didnt add Hints everywhere to every button, I add hint in first chapter for wall explode and hint for alarm in second chapter)
Fixed bug of Tank spawn in Finale (There was little chance of tank falling through the floor)
