Added melee stats for each weapon individually, to make editing specific weapons easier / faster.

Fixed "Burst shot count: 0" for weapons which can't really be fired in Burst Mode.
> Before, weapons should have still worked, but would have shown a ridiculously high negative fire rate in the general weapon stats section.
