Reverted visual change to BallisticShield_CV

Proving Ground Overhaul v2 - Added support for Proficiency Pack Pistol Slot Plugin, Armour Upgrades : Proficiency Perks Plugin, and Modpocalypse Perk Pack

Modpocalypse Perk Pack - Removed perks from appearing in XCOM Class Decks

Removed 'SecondaryWeapon, WeaponType=pistol' from the Field Medic and Marksman for better compatability with Proficiency Pack Pistol Slot Plugin

Overhaul the Warlock's Crown - removed mind control; it is now handled by TLM to sapwn with 5 GEMs

Armor Upgrades: Jet Packs Plugin - edited localisation; integrated with TLM and will appear in the ArmorUtilityDeck

LW2 Utility Platigs - integrated with TLM and will appear in the ArmorBaseDeck

Aero's Shells - Generic Shell Mod - removed several shells

Let There Be POIs - Swapped vanilla upgrades for WIO

Added the Combat Engineer and Phalanx to [SOCI] Chain: Rescue Resistance Leader

Adjusted Diverse Aliens by Force Level - much more forgiving

Scanning Sites Plus Two - switched Compund missions with Compound_CI (needs more testing)

Dynamic Encounter Zones - chance to keep guard reduced from 75% to 50%

Mimic Beacon Overhaul - Decoy Beacon -> Mimic Beacon

Iridar's Item Hider - removed LW2 Platigs and Frost Warhead (unresolved bug report?)

Universal Enemy Compatibility Patch (BETA) - Enabled the Advent Hunter (RI warns this might crash your game if you do not have the mod)

Open Weapon Restrictions: added the SMG to any soldier who can use a rifle.

TeslaRage's Loot Mod: replaced the Advanced Grenade Launcher with the Beam Grenade Launcher at Beam tier. Added Iridar's Jet Packs to the ArmorUtilityDeck.

System Infiltration: made the item buildable, requires ADVENT Mec Autopsy (credit: The Anomaly).

Several hundred abilities have had minor text changes.

More Skill Events: decreased 'MaxTacticalEventAbilityPointsPerBattle' from 9 to 6.

Changed the availability classes: Field Support and Scout can only be obtained through unique characters and Covert Actions; Combat Engineer, Phalanx, Gunslinger, Rocketeer, Pharmacist, and Shocktrooper cannot be trained in the GTS and have a weight of 1 for promotions.

MOCX Classes now have full class decks.

The Rocketeer, Pharmacist, and Shocktrooper can use Psi Amps.

More items added to Colour Your Tech.

Replaced the CV and MG shield with models from Chimera Squad Shield Ghost Templates.

Adjusted the amount of missions required for officer training.
Warlock's Crown: added infiltration values, rewrote the localisation, decreased stat gain to 40 from 80, decreased upgrade slots to 4 from 5, removed the automatic equip.unequip of cosmetics, and enabled NoMorePsiAmps compatibility.
Edited the localisation of Psionics Ex Machina.
