Dev notes
now it looks like its a lot of buffs cus it kinda is, but let me explain.
squigly has a really bad case of marthritis of easily getting into percents were the only way to kill is with a strong cancel or fspecial on a character that struggled against a good amount of characters on getting in.
this is also why i improved both her jumps, as when looking at other heavies a lot of them have better jumps on average
and also made specifically moves like jab and ftilt 1 better poking tools to make it easier for her to get in.
uspecial ground hurtbox was a fix cus it was there in an older build i had but guess it got replaced once by mistake.
her uspecial also was overall worse than slyv uspecial due to having more lag in the uncharged rise and worst boost when canceling out of it. so it meant that a lot of characters could put her in a situation where no matter what she did she could easily get punished unless she charges the coffin and even then it doesnt always work that well depending on character.

dw dw i dont plan on buffing her any further i think this with a bit of tweeking maybe should be in a good spot. If theres any issues let me know!
