Did a material consistency pass, removed redundant or duplicated materials, and reimported a bunch of textures to remove the empty alpha channels adding space, and to fix DXT compression.

also added beanies to Male_10 (Chort) and added Travis, a lost citizen that never made it into HL2 remade by Xinus22,
