Changes:
-Final Fire Sounds
-Bolt should be fixed now (should be I hope)
-added custom distance fire sound
-Final Reload Sounds

Known Issues:
-Same as patch before

-Bolt should cycle upon firing

-Reload sounds need to be timed again
-Magazine Hit needs further tweaking
