-Added a few Gordon Freeman NPCs on the workshop to be compatible with the SNPCs Freeman specific callouts.

-Enforcers now have a different idle animation and now they shouldn't search for cover when reloading.

-Both H.E.C.U. and Black Operations HEV Combatants now have HEV death flatlines, damage warnings, a sound when spawned, now they should have a special death animation when their special death event happens, and now have a flashlight effect.

-H.E.C.U. Fire-bug now is immune to fire, have an incendiary grenade, extra flame particles on the muzzle of the flamethrower when firing, and now flame particles come from the muzzle of the gun.

-Unique alert VO now has a 1 - 2 chance in happening.

-Convar to enable and disable dodging.
