- Bugfixes

- Added 5 new companies. 2 for the US, 2 for Japan and 1 for Finland

- Removed 1 company from Finland because it was founded after 1936.

- Rebalanced the majority of companies including vanilla ones due to some major differences in power. Every company should be roughly equal in power now.

Balancing:
- Companies with 4 subdivisions(Iron Mine, Steel Mills...) have been reduced to 3 or less
- Most Companies with 3 subdivisions have been nerfed
- Many Companies with 1 or 2 Subdivison have been changed and/or buffed
- All Banks have been nerfed

- Added 19 new companies. 16 for Canada, 1 for Great Britain and 2 for the USA.

- Added an official German translation

We overhauled the localisation files.

- one for the East India Company/India
- one for the Cape Colony/South Africa

The AI will now automatically receive a bank upon researching investment banking, if they don't already have one.
