- Finally tracked down the rare Random Start Position (RSP) bug. Reworked the RSP feature to take into account the vanilla custom_starts table and the faction leader's current start position.

- Fixed a vanilla bug where retreating from a battle involving The Changeling will count as The Changeling's defeat, and reveal cults in the region.

- Corrected a small bug in the last update with the reveal chance of parasitic expansion buildings.

- Fixed a rare script crash with the ace_btc_update_scheme_buttons listener when the schemes panel was not found.
- Replaced the old 'hides local armies' effect with the new one provided by CA, since the old one no longer exists.
- Added the new "Visible regardless of local Trickster Cult" effect to the raiding stance.
- Made use of the new ability to reveal a cult to the settlement owner, and implemented that for the parasitic expansion buildings.
- Added a new MCT setting to toggle revealing all cults to settlement owners when The Changeling no longer has any armies.

- Corrected the expansion and failure chances of the "damaged" variant of the tier 3 parasitic expansion building, based on the changed made in the last update.

- Increased the expansion chance of the tier 3 parasitic expansion building from 12% to 16%.
- Increased the critical failure chance of the tier 3 parasitic expansion building from 6% to 8%.

- Added flat income gains to both the parasitic and symbiotic income buildings of 100/150/200 in an attempt to make those buildings more useful even during times of regional poverty.
