Despawn fix added to Jets, Support vehicles, boats and UAVs.

- Players will no longer get killed by friendly UGV.
- Vehicles no longer respawn when moved.
- Vehicles will now have to be fully destroyed to respawn. (If you want more vehicles, spawn it with Zeus ;-D)
- Helicopter/Jet Virtual Vehichle Spawner is now facing the correct way.
- Updated mission pictures and in-game description. - Other fixes.
