- Fix PreferenceSystem mod detection for the Fully Loaded Update 1.2.0

IMPORTANT: PreferenceSystem is now a dependency! Please subscribe to PreferenceSystem if you have not already.

This is a re-release to hotfix an issue with the previous update.

- Add bonus for taking out the trash (default 4%)
- Add bonus time (default 5 seconds) when additional cleaning opportunities are still available and the day is about to end
- Add configuration options for bonus percentages and bonus time
- If PreferenceSystem is not installed, you will be unable to access these options
- Fix only one bonus applying, even if it showed multiple bonuses on the earnings summary (you could only receive a maximum bonus of 10% instead of 20%)
- Balance change: adjust default bonus for cleaning dishes (10% -> 8%)
- Balance change: adjust default bonus for cleaning floors (10% -> 8%)
- Fix hang when attempting to proceed beyond the main menu

Revert back to the 10/1/23 version. The new update has been causing PlateUp! to hang with a black screen.
