-Fixed some edge cases with "Magic" that created uglier colors near the beginning and middle
-"Nova" is now in the same style as all of the other color palettes

-New amazing HexSpheres that use BuildMesh
-LOTS of background work to get the new HexSpheres functioning (This took at least 15 hours)

-New patch note numbering system for all skins based on year
-Fix for wireTerrain and skywires
-Wakes now larger at the front and smaller near the peripheral
