Reworked Proficiency Perk to be more distinct from Field Medics and properly implemented.
-GTS perk now works correctly.
-PCP Field Medic proficiency removed.
-Rank 1 (Squaddie) Gets Corpsman (1 Medikit for free), Rank 2 (Sergeant) Gets Certifed CMT (+1 Charge/Medikit, +1 Medikit Healing), and Rank 3 (Major) Gets Field Medic (+2 Charges/Medikit).
-Rank 3's Shadowstep replaced by Field Medic's Fleet-Footed (Shadowstep + 5 dodge, can use Emergency Aid's free action after Dashing).
-This class will now be a worse healer than a vanilla PCP Field Medic due to its lack of revive and lower healing, but have more longevity due to increased charge counts and Renerative Mists.

Version 1.0.2:

-Updated to use Evil Bob's new custom reskin of the Field Medic icon as the default Colored Icon for those who want to use this class alongside Field Medics. Old customization remains and is commented out for anyone who's running this as a full-replacement to Field Medics and wants to use the original icon.
