Changed original layers for this mod to start at v10 and count higher to leave room for new base layers for Wil's Fools Road.
Updated for changes from Wil's Fools Road and Event Layers.

Fixed some layers having the old name. They are now GMGEL for the start of the layer name.

Forgot to set the layer table asset id for the layer data tables after renaming the table names.

Added in all the layers for Wil's Fools Road and added in the additonal deployables for the factions.
