Fixed a ton of errors in xcom row code that was likely preventing half the perk pool from showing up in xcom row.

Also fixed so AWC stuff doesn't spawn at the very bottom of tree.

In case you people haven't noticed, I suck at this modding thing...

Fixing some coding mistakes causing shooting sharp not to appear on tree and breaking xcom row

Update to remove Suppression/Area Suppression since they break game in conjunction with Eagle Eye activated effect and to rework bottom tree to focus players more to staying immobile and using the LMG weapon type.

Tree Changes-

Squaddie loses both Suppressions, loses Eagle Eye, gains Repair, and has Open Fire and Covering Fire moved to it

LCPL Eagle Eye moved here and Squadsight added

CPL Ready for Anything moved here and Traverse Fire changed to Duck and Cover (combo perk of Trench Warfare and Aim)

SGT loses Shredder for Shooting Sharp

SSGT and TSGT no changes

GSGT Thousands to Go swapped for Death From Above to encourage roof camping (the squadsight range penalty removal doesn't work with cannons hence Shooting Sharp was added over Shredder to help compensate for range penalties which cap at -30 at 26+ tile range, if I ever learn to make custom perks I'll build custom version that works with cannons)

MSGT no changes

Fixed some missing commas that were making 3 tier 1 and 1 tier 2 xcom row perks not appear. Thanks to TheKnee over on DerAva's discord for pointing this out.
