Senaka damage increase

increased Josho's damage

KJK/RJK min damage increased (just di)

increased speed a little
increased Fumitsukeru's victim hitlag a bit
available at any time during a combo now, cause I was frustrated when I couldn't do it in time for it to land on soft knockdowns
I thought I made it only hit otg but apparently not so

increased active time by 1 frame

increased hiza damage a little

standardized back throw's damage to match forward throw's, increased damage of ground and air versions a bit

increased karada damage a little, more horizontal movement

Rakka has sound/screenshake on landing now
adjusted speed, slower initial speed but there's no speed limit now
increased startup by 1 frame

Kotetsu overall speed up a bit

Hiramekasu distance buff for both versions, and it's now proj invuln
slight damage increase

Jiten projectile invulnerability startup reduced to f1

Suberu now has 8 minimum grounded frames

lowered Kagayaku friction, increased enter speed
increased recovery by 1 frame
Still waiting for someone to realize this move is insane

only resets X momentum now
decreased upwards movement a little

Hop doesn't reset momentum anymore

Reduced Odayaka armor duration on the second part to f15
Merged neutral and combo versions, it was redundant anyway
Added UI, the forward version doesn't have the interrupt window
