BETA 0.22 'APPRENTICE'

- Added a server setting to toggle legacy WIZARD SHOTGUN recoil behavior from before 0.21
- Added a 'breakfall' mechanic to the WIZARD SHOTGUN. firing it within 20 frames of hitting the ground will nullify all fall damage if you lack a suit to protect you

- BLOODHOUNDS homing behavior changed; they now track far more aggressively
- BLOODHOUNDS sounds completely reworked to be a bit nicer on the ears

- Fixed "SetPerformanceSettings" and "DynamicLight"-related lua errors

- Added a server setting to toggle the movement ConVars that SWSS changes by default
- Added a server setting to toggle infinite mana

- WIZARD SHOTGUN pellet hull size changed to 1 from 5 (should be easier to hit things with it...?)
- WIZARD SHOTGUN pellet number changed from 18 to 16
- WIZARD SHOTGUN now pushes you around proportional to how close you are to a wall or floor

- Significant changes to BLOODHOUNDS behavior. Check it out!
- BLOODHOUNDS mana fatigue changed from 2.4 to 0.8
- BLOODHOUNDS mana usage changed from 4 to 3

- It's easier to hear the DYING NEUTRON STAR explosion

- Credits panel

fix to my fix to make it actually fix stuff
known incompatibility with mods like ragmod; players won't properly dissolve :(
can't exactly fix that yet

- added:
BLOODHOUNDS, a powerful homing missile weapon which can be beaten with tricky movement and also walls. it needs to taste blood in order to be cast; an entity with health must exist or else it will refuse to work!
-- BLOODHOUNDS were made to answer a question: how do you keep track of the annoyingly small enemy players that are blazing through the skies? with a loud, strongly homing missile, of course!
...and also the OPTION to spawn with it

- fixed:
LUA ERRORS with using some other SWEPs
BRICK BLAST no longer continually deafens you if you die while firing it
a few other things, probably?

- updated:
VISUALS for dying to LIGHTNING CALLER and DYING NEUTRON STAR
VISUALS for the DYING NEUTRON STAR explosion
SINGLEPLAYER MESSAGE (it really wasn't as broken as i thought it was)
probably some other things, too

slight rebalances:

- wiz pistol lockon range is farther
- neutron star detonates sooner, inherits some velocity from your own movement
- slightly fewer lua errors?
