Fixed LLLM Skrag skill, Power of the Great Maw.

Fixed Arkhan and Fey Enchantress conflicts with SFO. Their tree's are a little awkward IMO but working as intended.

Updated for 5.2. Please report any issues or ugly skill trees, I can probably fix it.

Kairos now uses fragments again. I have increased the number of fragments he can equip at once to 3, allowing him to access 4 total lores of magic at once. This is a lot but in the original mod, many casters have access to 2 or even 3 lores of magic so I think it is ok for Kairos to reign supreme.

Updated for 4.1.4, fixed some misc bugs.

1 line update. Fireblood explosion is significantly weaker than default chameleon stalker explosion so I changed Oxylotl's fireblood projectile to use the chameleon stalker explosion like the rest or else fireblood will actually be a much weaker explosive than his other ammo.

Fixed skills for Kairos as well as several other legendary lords.
Removed the reduction for Empire dilemma cost added by LLLL, did not feel like it was relevant to the mod.

Several Lords now have unique skills with the following pattern: SFO adds a second rank for the skill to buff a certain unit for Lord's Army, this submod adds a third rank which applies the effect to all armies. I've only kept this for skills which buff specific units and I've avoided any abilities that would be too strong. The idea is that if you want to use a certain unit in all your armies, you can sink an extra skill point into the skill but it won't really buff your main army. Might be fun to stack a bunch of legendary lords in a long playthrough where you've confederated.

I forgot to give Zhatan ammo so he couldn't actually use his bombs. Also removed some duplicated keys.
