Moved the element 1 to the right, to avoid conflicts with other elements.

Removed cost label bug that appeared after a day
Removed inability to use reroll when not enough money was available

Reroll entity properly hides when there's no more items to reroll (as the regular reroll entity does as well)

Fixed a nullreference exception

Redid part of the appliance's creation logic
Improved clean up as well
Mod should be a lot more stable now

Made a hotfix as the functionality got broken suddenly.
New solution should be far more robust.
