修复了在服务器与联机时，因换弹动画与换弹时间不匹配，导致的换弹后1s左右不能开枪的问题。

Fixed the issue of not being able to fire after about 1 second due to mismatch between the ammunition changing animation and the ammunition changing time when the server is online.
