* Replace all existing Angel Room messages with new ones (77 messages, 154 total if including mirror world versions). A custom context aware message for every pedestal item that is in the Angel Room pool; plus new generic ones, and soon to be unlocked ones for angel fights. Start of smart placement of flowers in Angel Room variants.

* Major code rework - not much in terms of visible features, but unlocks features for next release
* History of audio messages recently played now go beyond the current run, so you should not get the same message too soon after each other (though some rooms still have a small pool of messages so they will currentlyt still repeat a little more frequently)

* Message history state -- now you should no longer hear the same message in the same run, as it will keep track of what messages have been used.

* Mirror World messages will now play even when the regular message has been played
* Fixed bug where playing a Mirror World message version first would keep the mirror world version in the regular world
* Fixed misplacement of text outside of speech bubble when in Mirror World
* Fixed speech bubble not disappearing in Genesis
* Added new configuration option to modify how long the speech bubble continues to display after the audio has finished playing
* Changed the default speech bubble opacity to be 75%
* The speech bubble will no longer have a water reflection - the flower will continue to have one.

* Messages are now weighted, so special scenario messages will be more likely to appear when appropriate
* Treasure room messages are now geared towards the pedestal item quality in the room; don't worry - the flower is blinded when you are and won't comment unless the item pedestal contents are visible

* Add spawn chance logic for flowers on a room type basis
* Added Mod Config Menu Pure support for managing spawn chance of all room types that flowers can (or will be able to) spawn in
* Fixed issue with flowers not spawning in rooms after the first floor
* Fixed issue that was not including the additional new level message types

* Over 50 additional sounds/messages added
* Reworked scenario rule engine - allows for more fine grained rules for when messages appear - pay attention to messages targeted at the character you are playing as in the starting room.
* Treasure room spawn points have been implemented to spawn the flower in better locations, also taking External Item Descriptions mod in to account if it is enabled to prevent the Flowers text being in the same area as that. Will add this to all messages in an upcoming update.
* Speech Bubbles are now restricted in width, and will become multi-line bubbles where necessary.
* Flowers no longer respawn after being bombed and returning to the room.

Known issue:
Flower is not spawning in the strarting room of anything past level 1 - fix coming soon.
