Added CDs, Albums, USBs, and Playlists.... these can be played on the MediaStaion and Laptop

Added some GhostIcons so you know what everything attaches too

* FoXyRadio Config, each restart your server will check the config and spawn X amount of Static Radios (or Laptops) for a total of Y amount of locations (X cannot be higher than Y). If X = Y then all locations will spawn Radios/Laptops otherwise it chooses X amount of locations out of Y. The lifetime of these objects must be the same as your server restart schedule.

Quickfix for those with Expansion Mods installed

Added a Deployable Static Radio that can be packed using a Screwdriver or pair of Pliers as long as you remove the parts. (Requires: Cassette,9V,RadioWires,RadioBelt)
Added a Walkman that can only be turned on and off whilst in your hands. (Requires: Cassette,x2 BatteryAA,RadioWires,RadioBelt)

Renamed ElectricalWires to RadioWires
Added Radio Carry Case to carry your Walkman and Radio Parts and also x16 Cassette Slots
