added Tau weaponry. Those weapons may be a tad too strong, as i envision them as loot-only. Some things:
custom range tables
many kroot weapons have a small chance to take away 1 action point from the enemy
Pulse weapons come with a plethora of interesting perks, pierce some armour
The Rail Rifle gets the Rapid reload ability so with reload rework it doesn't end turn (after all you just change the energy cell, not actual ammo)
some other stuff.

took out several changes in build-setup for mod added content that was previously set to be not buildable (Adeptus, Halo, ME) - so it uses what was in the mod.

added more stuff for Scanning Sites Plus 2/Let there be POIs including two new POIs bringing it to 4 additional ones if you use these mods
* Salvage Advent Weapon
* Salvage Destiny Weapon (should give you a Viper Rifle if you don't have Destiny)
* Salvage Corpses
* Salvage a special Weapon/Armour Upgrade

added some Localization for POIs/SSP2

quick fix for a non existing requirement of the laser autopistol

a bigger change may soon hit the field ... but not yet

shakeup on the Autopistols to make them a pit more unique

* lower damage than pistols
* extremly high negative pierce (no damage against armored targets)
* very short range
* aim bonus 4-9-6-x-8
* no overwatch
* KillFlow built in (shoot a second time automaticly if first shot didn't kill enemy)
* added the laser autopistol
* still no coil variant though :)
