Lowered wound grab strength to reduce aggressiveness and humans breaking their bones attempting to wound grab

Multiple NPC's can wound grab at once
Mod is no longer suspicious
Now only grabs wounds that are bleeding (includes internally)
Fixed syringes triggering wound grab
Life syringe no longer acts weird(?)
Dynamic stiffness based on state
