merged all the fixes, combined the "a, b, and c" logs are gone, replaced with just 3.0.1

finally managed to find the issue and kinda get rimworld version 1.4 properly working. Only took me over a year to notice and fix...

as pre-patcher isn't yet ported, nor is it known if it will (tabula rausa is just a "wait a bit, not too long"), disabled it
