reverted again (i am horribly bad at maintaining these)

temporarily reverted to old tf2c and of version as requested by mad spy (most comments relating to that were removed to avoid clutter)

reverted back to just vanilla tf2 lines because the new ones sucked and didnt fit
as a consequence the shitty pitch shifted female lines are also gone but those were whatever anyway

—team fortress 2 classic civilian sounds
—open fortress mercenary sounds
—female sounds (they are they exact same as the male ones but pitch shifted)

added some extra burn sounds (39 > 53)

converted .mp3 files to .wav so they actually play (oops)
