- recoded the phone status incrementing on-hit system to (hopefully) fix some bugs

- neutral special no longer removes charge or down special when parried

- up special now loses half of its upwards momentum when parried

- enabled fastfalling during pratfall after using forward special

- decreased dash attack back hit base knockback (12 -> 6)
- removed 0.3x hitstun multiplier from dash attack back hit

- increased enhanced down special base knockback (8 -> 8.5)
- increased enhanced down special knockback scaling (1 -> 1.125)

- decreased forward tilt base knockback (6.5 -> 6)

- decreased down strong knockback scaling (1.15 -> 1.1)

- fixed a bug that would make down special get stuck on cooldown when parried (?)

- increased forward strong projectile hsp on-hit (1 -> 3)
- added a failsafe condition to fstrong that triggers the grab/endlag if the projectile ends up behind koishi

- fixed dash attack grab code not checking for hitstun
