Hotfix Update

Currently testing changes with ammo for both SRS to potentially increase performance across the board.

Major Update

Added
- Added blank variants of the MA5A, MA5B, MA5C, M392, M395, M395/S, M247, M7 and M7/F
- Added init speed variable to mags to reduce bullet drop

Fixes/Adjustments
- Removed individual textures for the MA5s to reduce space
- Adjusted MA5A, MA5B, and MA5C textures to be 4K
- Removed the indirect damage from pellet shots on shotguns
- Adjusted various ballistic coefficients
- Adjusted muzzle velocity shifts
- Adjusted standard atmosphere settings for ammo
- Adjusted typical speed on ammo to match init speed on magazines

Known Issues
- ACE pointer slot items or pointer slot items with multiple modes disappear after changing mode
