Changed Thorgar Ascension's condition and text from
"Level up while having all 4 boons"
to
"Start a turn while fulfilling all 4 boon conditions"

This is to prevent the situation where the player level up Thorgar to level 50 before ascending. The text change is to make clear that you need to fulfill all the conditions for the ascension.
