Update time :)

• Added timer option for how long should the death message stay, if you wish to have it be permanent, set it to -1

• Added boolean option for wheter or not should the camera follow the head of the ragdoll instead of its center

• Added commands "lcdc_stay_time" and "lcdc_follow_head"
